Jamie Kronick is a fine art and commercial photographer based in Ottawa, Canada.
His work, predominantly rooted in portraiture, strikes a balance between people and place. Combining his love of music and the arts with his need to document the relationship of subject and environment, his work brings you a glimpse into the lives of others.
Since 2014, Jamie has been the touring drummer for the Halifax-based band
Ben Caplan & the Casual Smokers, playing over 300 shows in 22 countries around
the world. The high speed life of a touring musician has led Jamie to a study of landscapes using primitive cameras.
